Rapid Transformation – the process in a nutshell
I developed the “5 I’s” system to make it super simple!
This is the point when you realise that what you are doing is not working and you need an outside solution.
Next we dive into the ROOT cause how you came to be stuck in this particular situation
We then figure out the meaning you’ve given to the events that are holding you back
Then we transform those beliefs enabling you to become inspired for life
Over 28 days the integration of the new YOU takes place and I’ll be beside you supporting you as you upgrade more and more each day.
What Is RTT?
Is it a therapy developed by Marisa Peer
RTT is a hypnotic protocol that creates permanent, lasting change.
RTT helps people break bad habits!
Willpower alone can’t break the chains of bad habits. To change we need more than willpower and logic, we need to connect with the subconscious mind
RTT can increase focus and motivation
Be more successful in business and life. The subconcsious mind is a huge vault where we have stored everything we have learned or experienced. RTT gets you unstuck very quickly and easily by reprograming the subconcsious mind, releasing old energy to enable a new upgraded version of you to emerge.
RTT is safe and effective
Being in a hypnotic state is a completely natural state of inward focus (like being totally absorbed when you watch a movie) the critical chattering mind is bypassed and beliefs formed from years ago can be brought to the surface and dealt with.
Why I made the change
I used to think that acknowledging all the unpleasant and unhappy things that I experienced as a child was meant to heal. I KNEW all of my traumatic events, I could talk about them and even make a joke about them, what I hadn’t really figured out was the imprint, the coding that made these events part of my belief system.
A belief system that meant that while my conscious mind wanted to create something (a happy relationship, a healthy body, a successful business) by subconscious mind was saying:
Oh yeah? We’ll see about that.
Whether I liked it or not, the subconscious patterning always won. So yes I could diet, but it was always a temporary measure. I could do affirmations and set goals, but the subconscious saboteur would come along and make sure I only got so far before I’d slip back onto my old ways and battle with lack of self belief. The saboteur is full of good intentions, it is there to keep me safe, and remind me of beliefs created when I was just a child and didn’t know better. So I carried on through life doing ‘the best I could’ and almost accepting my beliefs as the limit of my potential.
But I got curious- how come I seem to have an upper limit (which to me seemed quite low) and other people could create mind blowing things, go awesome places and achieve at an extraordinary level?
If they could do it I could do it.
